We are so back, bad TV besties. Because one of the most trash TV shows that ever trash TV’ed just released a new season and I am so so excited.

💖 If you watched it too, then you already know — Perfect Match is back on Netflix 🤪 And it is truly, genuinely such a perfect, chaotic mix of the most random Netflix reality stars looking for love (aka more fame + clout). Thing is, though….. I love the chaos.

Before we get too deep into it, beware: 🛑 Being a TV newsletter and all, there naturally are spoilers in every issue. Please proceed with caution if you have not yet watched Perfect Match season 2 part 1 (lmao) but are actually planning to. 🛑

😬 Perfect Match is so cringey — or, at least, most of the people on it are, but that’s why I love it. There’s something so cathartic about watching beautiful people say the wrong thing or shoot their shot and miss 🤭. Especially my girlie Micah, ohhhhmygoodness, why are her shoulders up to her ears the whole time? Her confessionals are also *so* awkward but u know what, I’m glad she found a match, I just — to be completely honest — don’t really see the connection between her and Kaz 🤷🏻‍♀️.

⭐️ The real star of the show is Tolú, but my girl keeps getting wronged by the musty dusty guys on this stupid show 😠. I mean…. Dom pushing her to find a date for herself when they went to the boardroom???? So icky. Now my girl is matched up with Chris but it’s so new (I haven’t watched the episodes that dropped today yet 😭) and it just makes me very, very nervous. Tolú is so hilarious and adds so much character to the show (Steal Your Man 5000, anyone?) but she also seems so genuine and I’m really rooting for her. Also, she’s absolutely stunning and her outfits are everythingggggg.

If you’re down to ✨embrace the cringe✨, definitely give Perfect Match a watch. We can gab about it ☺️.

Bad TV besties, I have a new bad thing I’ve been getting into recently and that is…… being bad at taking care of plants 😬. I recently got this gorgeous girl but she has been struggling to thrive in her new home with me. Her leaves are a lil droopy, definitely less pink than they were before, and the general vibe is /not/ good.

Anything helps 🥲. Tips, tricks, tell me to throw the entire plant away and get a new one… literally anything. I just want her to be thriving 🌱.
